Sheep has created a tool to fix most DLL problems. You can find it here: http://wkccp.com/file/uploads/d3fdf237bc.zip If that doesn't work you can get a Microsoft package that has many of the dll's that Mist uses HERE. http://www.smartpunters.com/uploads/s/superman/368.zip Unzip and run the DXSetup.exe in the Installation folder. If that fails to work, try extracting the August zip file. Then move the DLL file manually from there to your system32 folder (c:windowssystem32)
