I cant seem to play more than 30 mins or so without being kicked by punkbuster for an unknown process.

You, my friend, are the victim of a real live trojan. Download a virus scanning program from our Warez section (don't rely on a freebie) and remove the offending item. You likely got it from using a hack from some other site. You're very luck though. Many people go on for years with these on their machines. If that's not the case make sure you're not using any "Memory freeing" or "Memory Management" utilities. Punkbuster hates those.
